I ordered two hard to get Riese and Muller Tinkers. Although the wait was long EBB kept us informed all the way through from factory, shipping to dispatch to me. I was a regular visitor to the store for 2 years prior to purchase and at all times they were fantastic, I could always ask questions and go for test rides. I’m sure they wondered if I was ever going to buy something. Their customer service is great, a big shout out to Jill in particular who never tired of answering questions. I can’t recommend EBB highly enough. A very satisfied customer.nTinker is a crazy name but an awesome bike, love it.

Staff at Electric Bikes Brisbane were really helpful. I already have a Cube hardtail e-bike but wanted something more special and with off-road capability. I test rode the Riese and Muller e-bike I wanted twice before deciding to go ahead with the purchase. Staff at EBB kept me up to date and let me know when there were unexpected delays. I would recommend EBB for anyone wanting to buy an e-bike which is a bit more boutique and different to something off the shelf from your local 99 bikes.

Not only did I get the bike of my dreams with Andrew and his team the service was seamless - swift, efficient, great communication. Seriously amazing work for busy people who know what they want and don't have a lot of time. I don't as a rule do reviews but wanted to on this occasion as I was blown away by how easy the team made the purchase.
