Store is located right near the corner of Edward Street and Queen Street. Staff were helpful, I got a discount for buying 2 belts, they were out of stock of one of them but they shipped it to me from one of their nearby stores for no extra cost. Emailed me a receipt which is great. The belt itself is of course very nice. Not cactus at all.
Simply the most comfortable shoes a man can buy!
Can not fault this store and team. Obviously the products are exceptional, but the service matches up! Thank you Darryl for ordering my shoes all the way from Melbourne, and being so good at communicating their whereabouts and arrival. I will be back.
Being located in the city, I understand how busy they can be. Staff were nice - trying to help and I appreciate it.nnWhen I ordered a product in the store, I mentioned them it is a gift and requested the gift wrapping- and they said it is all prepared and ready to collect.nnI came to the store, the manager of the store was very rush to finish things up - gave men1) ripped paperbag, 2) no gift wrapping, 3) the tag inside of the product has ripped/ marked the prices, and 4) the wrong Cash till receipt (seems it was for the internal receipt- their cash register record).nnI was preparing to take my partner for his shoes fitting after the Valentines Day- well, I wouldn't visit their store especially they are so lacking the small details.
Went here to get a gift for my gf. Sales rep comes over and obnoxiously states, “you know you’re in the women’s section, right?” Good one mate, you just lost a sale.
