Great suit, poor retail experience.nnSon visited with his dad to buy a suit for his 18th. Received disinterested, lazy service and judgemental looks from two young staff.nnHe left with a suit and a bad taste in his mouth. A missed opportunity for the Boss brand to gain a loyal customer for life (highlighted when they next headed into Zegna for dad to pick up a shirt: he was greeted by name and offered a drink).
Service was great and personnel are so genuinely helpful and kind. Thank you to the young man and lady for looking after me on Saturday evening.

Wife and I stepped in during the last 15 minutes of closing time without realising but we were still well looked after. Loved the service there!
