The Cloakroom exceeded all expectations for service and delivery of bespoke tuxedos for my wedding. Ben and Andrew fitted myself and two groomsmen and had our tuxedos to us in plenty of time before our wedding, including flying to Sydney to fit one groomsman.nnThe quality was superb and attention to detail second to none, adjusting for each of our individual postures and physiques.nnA huge thank you to Ben and Andrew for your service—we enjoyed every moment and will be back for additional garments in the future. I highly recommend their services.

Can’t thank the guys at The Cloakroom enough for my new jacket. Ben and Andrew have a wealth of sartorial experience and they made my experience there seamless. Their attention to detail with measurements and fit is second to none, not just in how it looks but how it wears. I first went to The Cloakroom about a year ago to help a friend buy a tuxedo for his wedding. We were both impressed with the high quality of the service and the final product. I've bought a number of casual, everyday pieces from The Cloakroom since then and I've been extremely happy with all of them. Andrew and Ben have provided valuable advice on these purchases and offered a number of helpful recommendations to other businesses and products when I've sought them. Each time I've visited, I've appreciated the time they've taken to find out what I'm looking for, why, and so on, and then guided me towards the best or most appropriate options. I've also really appreciated the follow-up contact they've made to check how the items are wearing, my satisfaction with the alterations, cut, fabric, etc. These interactions have been very genuine and have helped me continue to develop my style. I'll certainly be back in the future. If you're interested in menswear, The Cloakroom is exactly the kind of store you should check out and support. There are too few places like it in Brisbane.
