Payless shoes are great. I could only wear leather because of an irritation but my shoes from Payless are just as good and much morenaffordable.

Good range of shoes although the service I received today was more than poor. Very rude. Although the manager was doing something else behind the counter she couldn't even be bothered saying hello to me. Then was very rude to her own staff member, who in turn was very rude to me. No one even bothered helping me pick a pair but was able to rudely push past me when I was trying a pair on. I will never return here. Very disappointed with the service I received today.

I don't think this place is here anymore - walked around for twenty minutes around level E and couldn't find it. Is it now Spend Less shoes? Who knows
