The customer services are very helpful
Visited this store late morning/early afternoon last Saturday 27th of June. Although the selection was great and I intended to buy a pair of ankle boots, the service was so non existent that I walked out. The two female staff members were chatting between themselves and made no attempt to provide any service at all. Very disappointing.
Phenomenal service, smiles everywhere and friendly staff that really make you enjoy coming in! I had my heart set on a particular type of shoes, Lakisha helped me find a pair of shoes that suited my description of this and this but not these 5-6 things. She was absolutely lovely to talk to and even ensured that I had the last pair of shoes that were available (they were the last on order that were already in transit)! I’ll happily visit this particular store any time I need shoes!
Loved the customer service they handled me well and were very knowledgeable. Great selection and the quality is great. Prices were reasonable too.
