Staff are very good. Opening hours are not early enough.
The customer service I have received from Avis has been horrible.nWhen calling a local depot I have never been able to get through. It always bounces back to the customer service line, which is based overseas. I have called many times to sort multiple issues and each time has taken over 45mins to sort out what should have taken 2mins.nThe online experience is good, but their phone service is horrible.
We were served by a lovely young lady at Avis in down town Brisbane on Albert st. Her name was Milika, her customer service was outstanding. Could not fault anything.
Service is amazing.
