Had a good rental experience after a long time didn’t travel. Only regret is that I lost thousand of award point due to inactivity over 18 months. However , I did get some minimal point back as a good gesture. Thanks.
Got stuck in traffic. Arrived just before 4pm. Staff member had advised they were closed. No empathy was given or was willing to assist even though I had a booking to be picked up. All that was reiterated was that it will take him 30mins to park all the returns. This told me he would still be on-site and around. Even though I came just before closing the customer service given was.... I’m not sure what to say but I am really disappointed with Hertz.nnIf you are using Hertz note no consideration will be given if you come too close to closing.nnUPDATE: I was then told to go to the Airport where they have plenty of cars. I had asked if we need to book. He said no. Have checked with the airport and no cars were available ud83eudd26ud83cudffd♂ufe0f. Even more waste of my time and misinformation.
Everyone is so friendly and the cars are so reliable and very cost effective for everyone.
Found one female staff member behind front desk rude. This spoiled the whole hertz experience for me.
I'm a regular renter with hertz I find the staff at charlotte st branch helpfull cars clean staff go out of their way to give you the car group you want I'll definitely stay with hertz
