I checked my NJS bike in to Gear for an overhaul after many years of neglected maintenance (whoops). The lads provided excellent technical info on all the parts/procedures needed and made me feel truly valued as a customer. First time back on the saddle and I can confirm my bike is rolling better than ever and sporting a fresh new look. This shop is such an asset to the community and I highly recommend a visit.

Exceptional service given. Some of the most accommodating people to deal with when encountering 'sticky, awkward' problems. It is easy to find difficult people, but these guys are exceptional and out of the box fantastic. A pleasure to do business. And worth the time to visit on all things cycle related. Absolutely legends! The bottom bracket of my 70s Univega disintegrated on my ride to work one day and these guys were able to fix that up no troubles while also sorting a couple of other problems the bike had. They knocked the whole thing out in a few hours and were so lovely to deal with. I almost want something else to break so I’ve got an excuse to pop in again for a good chat.
The lads were super helpful and fully walked me through setting up my new Wahoo Roam. Highly recommend this store.
