Enthusiastic excited knowledgeable! I can’t recommend this place enough got myself a new pair of shoes for work ud83dudcb2 I was even served by the manager Hayley very genuine and helpful. The product is nice, good quality, however the customer service in this BRISBANE city store is really terrible, no greeting at all, no smile, no explaination/introduction at all. The male sales person was just all the time standing there staring us since we have walked into the store, not even saying a hello to us, no anysmiling, was just staring at you without any faical expression and never asked us if we need any help about anything until we asked for help for more production information and selection. Honestly he didn't really give much information and showed the attitude that he didn't want to talk much. Feel so shame such a good brand have a sale person like this, not matching at all. We still bought the stuff we need ended up as we like this brand, but it doesn't mean other customers would be the same as well, and it was never a good experience and actually ruined my day, it shouldnt be happened in a store like this. You don't want to lose ur customers.

Originally a cloth merchant. Zegna is now a fashion brand to rival Armani, Versace and Prada. The suits are mainly made in Europe and are generally of the highest quality in terms of construction and finish, with full canvas interlinings, bemberg linings and horn buttons. The brand's house style is on the whole classically styled and as such will have a greater longevity than the fashion brands I previously mentioned.
