This shop has the most phenomenal customer service! All of the staff are so extremely kind and well trained. The variety of shoes here is wonderful and they stock so many awesome types of Docs. The workers are very polite and helpful and always address you and assist you as soon as you enter. They definitely value their customers and it is lovely to see! Not to mention the prices are great they sell docs for very reasonable prices and cheaper than lots of other sellers. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking and will be coming back for next pair!!

my favourite place to buy docs. the staff are so amazing and helpful and will help you find the perfect fit every time. they are also incredible at fixing shoes. the sales are AMAZING. got brand new docs for only $80 ❤ufe0f❤ufe0f❤ufe0f

Very impressive service.nnI called at around 3pm with questions about sizing & delivery times. The lovely lady was really patient with me, and knowledgeable.nnShe hustled to get my order ready minutes before the postie arrived, to ensure I would get overnight delivery. She sent a personalised courtesy text telling me they were sent in time.nThey arrived the next day (to Gold Coast) with a nice handwritten note about my requests.nnAlso, Downes Shoes seem to have more variety of brown and tan Docs than even the official Dr Martens website.nnExcellent service, & they fit perfectly - Thank you!

Had an amazing experience here today. My husband and I came in to get 2 pairs of work shoes. All the sales staff were amazing. They all went above and beyond to make sure we both walked out happy with our purchase. Highly recommend and will only shop here from now on for our Dr Martin's.

Seriously the best dr. martens shop I’ve ever been to, Kirsten was so lovely , she helped me out trying different shoe sizes ( I’ve got wide feet) she didn’t hesitate to assist me and try new models. Even though I couldn’t get the right size, she grabbed my phone number ask for my details and let me know as soon as the right shoe size arrives. Thank you guys what a nice experience.
