Nice looking desks... Was wary when install instructions came well in advance of product. Desks came but missing hardware... One box had been opened and re-taped. Customer care staff were friendly. Table Top has dozens of pre drilled holes but none to suit the table Top I received. Was advised to measure carefully and drill them in myself. Premium price for inferior product. Look elsewhere.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! Terrible communication on product status, was give a delivery date that was 3 weeks after purchase. It wasn't delivered by that date....I then called to find out what was happening and was told that there was another 2 week delay, waiting for the table tops. The sales person in brisbane managed to find someone locally to make the tops for us (which I appreciated) was told it would be delivered by a certain day and time....it wasn't. When I rang to find out when it would be coming the sales person told me that it should be on the way and that she would call me to let me know what was happening. I got a phone call from the other company that was delivering the tops, in which they informed me that it was never communicated to them that they had to deliver anything to me. Still haven't had a call back from the sales person....I'm happy with the products other than the fact that some of our black table frames were scratched in transit. Overall I expected a way better experience for the price I paid for these products. I would avoid using these guys if you care about good communication and on time delivery.
