Enlightened Living (Formerly ECC Lighting and Furniture)

I purchased some Italian outdoor pendants from ECC and they tripped my mains after the first bit of rain. Clearly not fit for purpose. After weeks of denial they finally agreed to send replacements. That was in March! No response to my calls for a full refund. QCAT might be my only option! Buyers beware.nnUPDATE 14 August 2020 was delighted to be contacted by Rod Seddon of ECC Brisbane who personally came up to the house and replaced some parts that had been left out. And with new bulbs fitted the lights worked! Thank you Rod.

Arrived outside their Brisbane showroom and they are only open by appointment now. Website says open 9am to 5pm.nRang number on door to arrange appointment or gain entry but no answer.nNot sure they want my business or anyone elses.
