Very very very poor call centre quality.nAlso the guy from the shop in Fortitude valley told a lie about arrival date.nI bought from the actual shop but we didn't get a chair by the date we needed. I have never shopped online from them but recommend definitely not buy anything that needs to be delivered even from their real shop. Their online shop must be even worse!

18 days later no delivery, Numerous Emails, attempts to collect Ive been told I am unable to collect. Items are listed as available to dispatch, though they forget to tell you it could be a month or more before you actually receive it.nnI still have no answer as to when the delivery will be made. ANC their 3PL has been no help in getting answers either. They are claiming I am regional which is a load of Bollox as Couriers please, Bunnings etc have all had deliveries made within 2 days

Excellent quality products and great customer service! Recently purchased the Axel lounge in saddle leather colour with a matching Ottoman over the phone with the friendly staff. Couldn't be more happy with the delivery and deluxe shipping and setup! Highly recommend West Elm for stylish and well-made products that will add value and enjoyment to your home.

Spoke to sales person on the phone yesterday and was told armchair was in stock and required 7-10 business days for delivery.nWas advised to come into store to organise in person just so there won’t be a delay.nnWent into store next day and now I’m told delivery is March it would be delivered.nNot impressed with being told it was in stock and to come into store when I could have ordered online anyway.nnChair was a birthday gift which is now going to arrive 3 months later.nnVery disappointed in this lack of critical information.

The most INCOMPETENT customer service team I have ever dealt with. Purchased items that were 'in stock ready for shipment'... 4 weeks later and 4 phone calls with individuals who were either rude or had no clue what was going on and we are still without. Good luck to future customers, decent service is dead.
