The Modern Furniture Store

Beautiful furniture and homewards but the customer service is sorely absent. I was approached briefly then left alone for the remainder of my 10-15min visit. I was not asked if I was OK being left alone or if I required assistance or a goodbye when I was leaving the store. Bad taste and I don't think I looked like I had money. Never judge a book by its cover folks!! Chit chat would have been something. 2/5

Absolutely love the furniture at this store. A great range of well priced unique pieces that are comfortable to live on.

Spent 10 minutes in store while 3 staff were chatting together. No eye contact or even a hello the whole time.nnWhy open your doors to customers if you're not going to acknowledge their presence?
