Returned to Avanti to find the business has changed hands. The new team are thorough and did an awesome job bringing my road bike back to life post being neglected. Had a minor issue with final bill however all was settled diplomatically and with complete professionalism and the highest of integrity. Great job guys!! Thank you very much

As a former road racer and Italo-Australian bike club (Melbourne) member, I recommend this shop. Would leave 10 stars if I could. Why? Customer service and value for money. I was looking to purchase a road bike to ride again after a break of 30 plus years. I had already decided upon the bike I wanted. But needed the apparel. I had already been to 2 bike shops closer to home, but left without purchasing. The gentleman serving me spent over ONE HOUR assisting me choose the correct apparel. There was no pushing of unnecessary items and actually, I was reigned in from buying a few items I thought I wanted. Bottom line: if you want quality and value for money and great customer service and no pushy selling tactics.... take the time to make this shop your go-to shop. I travelled 32 KM to shop here!
Great experience. The guys are super easy to deal with and have been quick to respond with all my questions along the way. Stoked with my new bike and will no doubt join in one of their shop rides on Saturdays.
I popped into the shop asking help removing a pair of stiff paddles. Very friendly staff didn’t hesitate and got it done instantly, free of charge. Bought other things there before at fair price too.
