After purchasing an incorrectly sized ebike, I contacted Francesco who was so extremely helpful in getting us sorted properly. He was fair, understanding and very friendly. I feel he was sympathetic to our situation and just really wanted to help. I highly recommend MyeBike as a decent business that genuinely cares about their customers.

I went to repair a puncture and it cost me $ 80 dollarsn!! an exaggerated price !!nbut when I saw the bill they charged me: GENERAL CLEANING (I didn't ask for that job) BRAKES ADJUSTED (I didn't ask for that job)nI do not recommend that place for repairs !! customer service for sales is excellent.nbut in repairs NO!
I had a flat tire this morning and MyeBike were close by and were able to sort me out. So grateful we were able to get me rolling so I could cycle home! Thanks Gabriel!
