The store is not busy compare to the Domain branch one of the reason why stock availability is not a problem here. If you wanted to avoid Karen and Ken, I would recommend to visit this Shop.

I had great customer service from Alicia today. She helped me find all the things I need and stopped me from buying the wrong items for the work we needed to do. I always get good customer service from Fairfield , it's my favourite Bunnings in Townsville, but today Alicia went above and beyond. Thankyou.

Attended the Bunnings garden section this morning Friday 7 May 2021. Looking for a Mother’s Day present. Stood beside The bonsai trees for 15 minutes. No staff member approached to ask me if I needed assistance. There were about 6-8 staff in this section at the time. Every time I attempted to get eye contact with a staff member to seek assistance, they’d look away! Very disappointed with the service there this morning.
