So helpful and went above and beyond.nI was left without a car at the airport from Enterprise car rental and Independent helped me out endlessly. They gave me a great car and then were able to extend the time I needed. They kept in contact helping me extend the time I needed. Thank you so much. WARNING this guy is awfully rude an absolute oxygen thief don’t give these guys your money consumers beware! I just rang up and spoke to this germ on the phone and got a quote quickly for for a hire a car for local use only I then politely asked if there is an option for unlimited kilometres outside of Townsville I was then rudely hung up on and spoken to very poorly for simply enquiring. I’ll be paying you a visit in person very soon hope you’re as brave in person as you’re over the phone!
Can highly recommend Independent Rentals, the pricing was very affordable and the staff were super friendly, very helpful and the overall customer service was excellent. After dropping my car rental back they gave me a lift to my mechanic's so that I didn't have walk in the hot sun, the beautiful staff even said that if my car wasn't ready they happily come back and pick me up.nNOW THAT'S REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.nTHANKYOU SO MUCH. ud83dude03

Re: sales rep- WARNING ⚠ufe0f everyone from out of town as you will see other below reviews. Worst Rental Townsville company ever had to deal with.nWorst customer service by this particular person (female staff). Never informed us of policy changes to insurance 4 days from required service and didn’t offer any alternative solutions to support us besides the comment, “my boss is worse then me, I’m nicer so he will tell you to find another company!” Go figure?
