Have specifically popped into Stocklands several times over the last couple of weeks, as I need to return a pair of shoes. Zipper broke after worn once.nEVERY time I go in, it’s closed up and there’s a Back in 15 minutes sign on the door.nI was determined to catch them today, so my daughter and I went and had a coffee, only to come back and IT WAS STILL CLOSED after 20-25minutes!!?nnI mad a comment to my daughter saying maybe they are closed for stocktake?nJust then, a cleaner tapped me on the shoulder and said ‘No the lady who works there is always out the back smoking’nUtterly gobsmacked!nWill be taking this up with Head Office!nDon’t bother shopping here!!!!!
