Unfortunately we were unable to travel this weekend due to lock down restrictions in Victoria. The team at best of magnetic were very prompt and easy to deal with arranging a full refund (which was received the following day). Thank you!
We stayed at the house on The Beach at Horse Shoe Bay and they failed to mention in their description about the fact that the high tide would completely dictate our holiday. Complete waste of time and money as we were trapped inside majority of our stay. We were there for a week & with kids it was NOT. A pleasant time
They are so lovely to deal with our accommodate was exactly how you viewed it on line. We even hired a car through them at a great discounted price! Very helpful company and thanks Renee you were amazing!!
