Fantastic Furniture

Absolutely rudest staff at this store. I walked around for approximately 30 minutes and not one staff member greeted or helped me. The staff seem to huddle together behind the registers and socialise with each other instead of greeting and helping customers. This store would definitely be loosing money due to the staffs attitudes and poor retail skills.

Great for the cheaper, but still reasonably well-made furniture.

I've had nothing but troubles with this place ever since I became a customer, but yesterday was the cherry on top I ordered the Kingston 180cm Tv unit and it has damage from shipping and has a big crack in it with some of the wood even falling off. I have tried emailing the store many times with no response. Very dissapointed!

Went in to have a look, there were at least 4 employees just standing around chatting. Not once did they come up and ask us if we needed help with anything. They didn't even acknowledge that we were there.

I went to fantastic furniture in garbutt yesterday. I would have made a purchase but 3 team members were more interested in talking to each other then serving us. They saw us and still didn't ask if we needed assistance we were in that store for about 40 minutes with No one approaching us. I won't be in again
