Great phone advice and in store was amazing. They showed us idea's we'd not thought of and carried our purchases to our car. Fantastic prices, set up, service and advice. Can't fault them at all.

Lovely staff who are very helpful. The staff I dealt with had great product knowledge and were able to provide great recommendations. I have camped in a tent for most of my life, so was able to determine/test if their advice was correct. I would highly recommend a visit to discuss your camping needs, they have the product line and are very competively priced. Can also recommend Zempire inflatable tents. Very inovative and disability friendly for set up.

Bought one tent from another store, went there for warranty. One of the staffs, I think her name is Garbutt,helped me out. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. Good experience, definitely will recommend it to my friends.

No matter who tends to you, the staff at this store are ALWAYS so helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they're always willing to lend a hand.
