If I could give minus I would. Paid deposit on lounge suite Dec 27, estimated delivery 11-13 wks. Then told late April, mid May, early June. Still no word when it will be here. Customer service badly lacking. Don’t keep you informed, no follow up calls. So bloody frustrating!!! I wish I’d read reviews before shopping here

It's a nice place to sit and ponder because there's nothing open there as yet. Even the toilets have been locked away from the Public

Only buy if you think its an investment because you don’t get to see your furniture for 4 mths if you’re lucky and that’s if they both to tell you upfront,

I will never recommend this shop to anyone. Ordered table and chairs one month ago for friend who moved in a new house. I was told it would take 2weeks to be delivered cause they are all in stock. However Have not heard nothing from any of them for a month. Still waiting for the furniture. They Have no idea where are my furniture sitting now nobody answered to us yet over 4weeks.nCan’t believe their system or their customer service. Fantastic doing much better service.. AliExpress is much faster than Nickcali

Shez,was very sympathetic to our needs and organised everything from choosing the right sofa to arranging delivery the next day.nIAM impressed by Nick ScalinHowever the company is only as good as its staff...it's most precious asset...l hope the company realises it has an indispensable asset in Shez.
