Went to Bunnings, wanted to get some 2m wide carpet off the roll cut. Found someone, they couldn't do it. Told me to go to special orders desk and ask there. I did and the lady was nice. She called someone to help me over the loud speaker system. I went and waited where the rolls of carpet was. And waited and waited. 16 MINUTES I waited and no one showed up. I went to try and find someone again, and no one was around. Your service is non existent!!! When leaving I very calmly asked the girl at the front of the store to pass some feedback back to a supervisor and she just handed me a feedback leaflet to fill in. What a load of *#!!.
Bunnings well Service is non existent it's just like a self serve servo not impressed at all best to do your research first because the staff are not train in Customer Service.
I am yet to visit Bunnings and be correctly guided to what I am looking for. I understand it's a gigantic store, but whenever I go very little effort is made to help me even simply find the isle I need to go to.
This is a great store you can get all you need here for any home improvements or gardening work as a tradesman it's easy to drive in pick up whatever it is that you need
So disappointed. No staff to help on Sunday. Product I wanted was up on top shelf and no staff could get it down until Monday so I could not buy it. I was told to go to North Shore as they had some. It certainly had changed.
