Staff lacking in empathy, customer service skills.nwould rather walk to Perth barefoot on broken glass then step back into the Toowoomba store.nnEdit: for the record, we are continuing to deal with the supplier.... The issue of the staff being so dismissive and rude. Is another story.nThe 2 people in store when we dropped of the shoes where so inconvenienced to have their social life interrupted.nWe where the ony people in store yet had to ask for help.nWe where given time frames from the staff on that day, we had to follow up.... no action had been taken at the store level.nnYes you did offer a discount, doesn't correct the comments made by staff about us as we walked out.
