The service at this store deserves way more than 5 stars. The first time they went over and above for me was when I lost a strap on a pump (who even does that?!) and they tracked down and ordered me a new one at no charge. Even gave me a spare in case I happened to lose pieces of my heels in future. Second time was when I wanted a pair of sale boots, of which there were only two in my size left in Australia. They tracked down a pair and had them ready for me to collect in store two days later. Not to mention the coincidental further discount on the boots, making them $200 cheaper than their original price. These girls are legends, nothing is an issue and for genuine leather shoes, it makes it hard to justify buying shoes elsewhere. THANK YOU for all the effort! x
