Feather Your Nest

I found the woman there to be incredibly rude. She spoke over the top of me constantly, put everything I said down. I've never quite come across any like it in my life. If I wasn't desperate for a pillow I would have walked out. I certainly won't be returning. Very unfortunate.

Me and my partner entered the store to be abruptly told to shut the door because the cat would get out, which is fair enough seeing as it's a local business. But then she asked why we were there and we said to have a browse she then quickly cut me off to say no leave there's nothing in here u would like it's very boring. My partner and I are quite young being 20 this year, but we were just interested to have a look. Appauling service. Very weird lady. We'll just stick to kmart from now on.

I really wanted to support local but the woman managing this store was downright disrespectful, from criticising my husband’s career to referring to my baby daughter as “it”.

We purchased made to order feather down pillows from Feather Your Nest nearly 20 years ago. They have been absolutely fabulous, and with is in Africa for 15 years. They have maintained their quality over this time. Pleased you are still a going concern, time for some new ones here in Australia!
