Always shop here because they are very helpful . And usually have what you want. Or if not the staff give you advice as to where you may be able to obtain the product. Remember quality rules over price.

Polite and attentive staff. Great collection of bedding and some furniture. I don't think any other shop has this extensive collection of pillows. Especially when discounted you could grab dinner top brand items such as Hilton pillows for a reasonable priced.

Today was the first time I have ever needed to complain about staff at Pillowtalk, they have always been so attentive and helpful. I went to pay for my items which amounted to $224 and said I don't have a card please look me up. I gave my phone number which didn't come up and after a few other tries my name appeared. PL said to me you didn't tell me you had nominated 07 in front of your phone number when you set your details up. As I explained I didn't set it up one of the staff members did it for me. This staff member was extremely rude and needs a course in Customer Relations or look for another job without customers if you can't be nice!!!! This rating is purely based on this staff member

Customer service is awesome.nA staff member carried my purchases to the car for me. Good quality items.
