Don’t bother wasting your money here. Bought a brand new mattress to have it rip in less than three months. Options are to keep the mattress with a $90 refund (mattress was $500) or have it replaced and contribute yet another piece of junk into the environment. Clearly they don’t care about customer satisfaction or the environment. I was happy to keep the mattress and have a full refund. Would have been cheaper for them and better on the environment. Seriously, don’t waste your money. What a joke. This company is on the same level as fantastic Furniture.nnUpdate: I received a replacement mattress. Here’s the catch. It came with a COMPROMISING TEAR. Let that sink in, the replacement mattress came already broken. According to the ombudsman of fair trading, I am entitled to a full refund as the product did NOT meet the consumer guarantees. I will be pursuing this.

Their warranty service is shocking, you cannot deal with the store you purchased it from. The phone number listed on the website is disconnected, they direct you to an online form on the website, takes weeks to get a reply. The people that contact you have an e-mail address you cannot reply to. OK furniture, I just wouldn't buy again based on their hands off approach to aftercare or warranty issues.

Never ever recommend. We bought a sofa from freedom Toowoomba.After few days we got lint on it. They gave us lint removal machine.But lint is still same there.We got big bump on 1 side of sofa.nWe bought 5 years warranty as well.nWe are trying to connect them now but they are not replying us.nI will not recommend to anyone.nWorse service I have ever had in my life.nVery disappointed.nWont buy anything Never ever again. store.
