The wrong colour flooring was about to be laid..(my fault, not theirs) and they managed to source the correct colour without any fuss or delay to the laying schedule. I have been dealing with Ryan from Kawana Flooring for over 10 years. As a Property Manager you need to have confidence in your suppliers, and know that your landlords are getting the best quality, prices and service at all time.nnI was in a situation that I had tenants moving in the next day and the property desperately needed new carpet. I called Ryan, he was flat out and said sorry Sal I can't get there.nnI said that's fine I will draw a mud map and measure the rooms if you can get it installed tomorrow morning. I put the tenants move in off until the afternoon and as always Ryan came through and arrange the install for early in the morning.nnThe owner was amazed that we could pull it off with such short notice and the tenants were over the moon to get new carpet.nnThanks Ryan, you and the team are fantastic.
