Spotlight Kawana Waters

I found the mats i had been searching for and they were marked right down. What a bargain

The store is large. Wide entrance with bargin bins. Stock is displayed on floor to ceiling shelves. Also 6foot division shelves and tabletop shelves. The stock is from various era's therefore giving the store a untidy old-fashioned style. You must dig past this facade, to find the hidden treasure. I got 6 x black chair cushions at $9 each. Very happy. Make sure you inspect your purchases carefully before buying, as 2 cushions seams were tearing, needed to exchange them with some from the top shelves... this required finding staff to help. Impossible task. I eventually got the ladder myself and climbed up to retrieve my cushions. The lady on the checkout was alone. She was very friendly and efficient and helpful.

Very helpful staff who go the extra mile. Nothing is a bother for them. Happy to assist the customer at all times. Great sales.

I sell handmade items and rely on spotlight for a lot of my materials, spotlight Kawana has a number of great staff, so helpful & full of inspiration so willing to help and take a interest in what you are making. I visit a few of the spotlights but by far Kawana is my favourite.

Big selection of products. Staff are helpful however always seems to be difficult to find staff for assistance as they appear short staffed often. Pretty good value for money once you sign up for the VIP loyalty.
