just because other people steal, doesn’t mean you have to go through our bags, call security (even tho there were no clothes from that store on our bags) lie and harass two girls, pull their shirts down and threaten us. you guys always do this and i’m sick! never shopping with this store again!

Just because my clients are dark in colour (indigenous) you don't need to litterly breath down their necks, watching their every move as they look through clothing. They ain't thieves . He Felt very uncomfortable and left the store very unhappy.

has awesome brands, but never have any stock. never every have any sizes i need only ever have small sizes, very disappointing if i ever want to buy something from universal i now just do it online cause my store never has an of my sizes
