Had the best service from Brin yesterday at approx 2.45pm. He was wonderful, fantastic customer service, happy, helpful. So much so I ended up buying an extra pair of shoes.
Had a staff member help me today buying a pair of docs. Customer service blew me away. Knowledge base was amazing and had me walking out completely satisfied. Sadly I don't know her name but knew she was filling in from Sunshine Plaza and had long dark hair. Props to her, she's in the right industry ud83cudf89

shop staff need to be taught the basics about shoes. Music was so loud on Thursday night it was hard to talk to staff. Poor selection
