If I could give less stars I would. I went in with my mother, the lady that was serving her had a really bad attitude towards my mum from the beginning. After being treated like this for a few minutes mum said something along the lines of why are you being so rude, the lady then kept arguing with my mum that she wasn't being rude even though she's saying this with an attitude. I stepped in at this point because I couldn't just stand there and let her speak to my mum like that. I said to her that she was being rude she then said to me she wasn't and started to argue with me. She then went over to the other lady that was serving, there was a couple of ladies getting served and she started to talk about us, she didn't care that we could see what she was doing and it was like she wanted us to see what she was doing as she kept looking at us. I was stunned at her behaviour so I told her I was going to contact the store manager, she told me very confidently that the manger would be in tomorrow, she never tried to fix the situation, I think her behaviour was horrible. My mum was upset and could even be bothered with the shoes, I handed them back to the other lady and she didn't do or say anything. I also think that the other lady could have said something but didn't. As we were leaving the lady with the attitude was glaring at us and this was very uncomfortable, we were so shocked at her behaviour when we went down to the other shoe store the lady there overheard my mum and I talking, when we told her what happened she said she has had other customers come into her shoe store complaining about the service in Williams. Having an attitude is bad enough but to talk about customers to another staff members and other customers is just so inappropriate.

Hands down the kindest staff I have seen at a shoe shop with a wide variety of shoes at great prices.
