No refund when buying in store. Only online has refund. Shop online is better option, if your choice doesn't suit, refund is given. No in store refunds makes it difficult when buying gifts. Go shopping at Myers, target, kmart or David Jones etc for better options. House Only credits or exchanges..No refunds. Shopping is only by card. Staff are abrupt at times rude. Absolutely no customer service. Prices are on par with competitors stores.

What we wanted no longer stocked but a great shop for everything for the kitchen.

Won't accept cash payments at all, and the stall did not care, card or nothing. So if you only have cash go somewhere to shop.

Such a shame that some staff really leave you with a very bad impression. Waited patiently outside the unopened store at 09.04 this morning - store meant to be opened at 9am. Staff member fluffing around with stock, computer etc... then proceeded to disappear out the back of the shop (after she saw me waiting outside the store) then to reappear instore a few minutes later. Finally opened the store at approx. 09.10 with a scowl on her face, no customer greeting nor any apology for the late store opening. Very rude & off-putting & offered very little customer service. Surely there are more appropriate pleasant people that you can employ!!!
