Very pour customer service and attitude. Had it to good for too long.. Never thought hiring a car would be so hard.
The friendly lady at the counter had everything ready when I arrived. Handover of keys with minimum fuss. Great vehicle too.
Needed to use toilet and was told No not in a nice way either and than got directions to go down the road to a service station was just disgusted. Never again will we be hiring a car from their company.
I am so thankful to Steve and the team. I hired a van (at a great rate) only to discover that the item I had to move was too heavy to lift. Steve was happy to swap the van for a truck with a hydraulic lift at no extra charge. To top things off, he even waited 15 minutes past closing time for me to return it. If you need to hire a car or truck, I have no hesitation in recommending Europcar Maroochydore. Cheers, Paul.
Most appealing service from an international company EVER and I will never hire a vehicle from Europcar again. Or try to hire as the case was. I had booked a van on-line for the weekend only to receive an email on the morning of pick-up that no such vehicle was available. Why take a reservation? Why not call? Absolutely appalling service!
