Thank you to staff at Footmaster Sunshine Plaza.nThis is the 3rd pair of shoes that I've bought there. Each time the staff member has been supportive, though not pushy. I ask them to hold the shoes whilst I look at the the other shoe stores to ensure I have a good fit, as my feet are troublesome.nEach time I've returned to purchase. Brooke today was great and then advised about a shopping centre promotion.nI will continue to support your store.

This experience was very bad. Felt like a chore to be helped, the girl looked angry and miserable and so down beat. Took a very long time for us to pay .. as the girl didn’t know what she was doing. Will not be coming to this store again.
