I took my daughter in here to buy a pair of Converse high tops. The young man was helping us and another customer at the same time. He still made us feel like valued customers. He had great customer service and was very friendly. The name on the invoice said Robert. He is an asset to your business

Great customer service and the workers have lots of character.
One of the female managers here was EXTREMELY RUDE during out visit to buy shoes for my younger siblings. She was very unhelpful and spoke to us rudely, and started a public argument in front of all present in the store. This was a few months ago, and I hope since then she has lost her job because she certainly DOES NOT belong in retail!
Wow!!! What can I say? The service here was just amazing, and I am so impressed!nI came in yesterday afternoon to the Maroochydore store as my daughter wanted to try on some Doc's...but of course my daughter wanted a particular style/pattern that wasn't in store. Emily then found a pair, the last pair in Australia, and organised to have them shipped to me. 10 minutes after paying for them, I had received an email confirmation that they were ready for dispatch, then they were at Melbourne airport, and they were delivered to my place this morning. About 18 hours after I paid for them!!! I am so stoked, that is just fantastic customer service, you guys should be very proud, and kudos to Emily at the Maroochydore store.
