Came in looking to buy some Birkenstock’s, we weren’t even acknowledged in the slightest, probably because we are young. The staff continued to just have a full conversation whilst we looked around, glad they didn’t have the ones I wanted as I wouldn’t have gotten them anyway. Why would I support a business who doesn’t even acknowledge their customers? Not only this, as we were leaving the store an older couple walked in and wow, surprise surprise they could acknowledge the people who “looked the part” to be shopping at their store.

Drove to sunshine plaza today after Brisbane didn't have my size. Lovely ladies were so helpful. Excellent service, nothing was too much trouble and I got my shoes. Thank you again, Claire Henderson

Zero stars! We went in on Sunday at 1pm twice to buy two pairs of birkenstocks and the staff didn’t acknowledge us at all. The second time we went in and decided to buy them no one served us or even helped us with sizes, finally the older lady asked if we were ok and we asked for a size where she persisted and brought us a completely different colour, the wrong gender size then had the audacity to say ‘too bad too small’... they were too small because you gave us a ladies 8 not a men’s 10 and they weren’t the correct colour or style. After having a bad experience we decided to leave and not continue asking for the correct product.. Would not recommend to anyone!!
