A massive thank you to Kai in the football boot area. We have bought football boots a fair few times and every time Kai has served us he has be so helpful and his knowledge of the boots is fantastic.
Like a lot of Rebel stores, it is lacking in AFL supporters gear and also EPL, unlike what they were like 10 to 15 years ago. Staff are very pleasant
Great service. I went in with some shoes in mind they only had one in stock. Tried some others that were recommended by James at rebel Sunshine plaza and scored an awesome discount.
From Sydney and decided to visit to use my voucher which I've forgotten about. Very impressed with the customer service and their helpful attitude.
My experience was up and down I was served by Jarrad and he was able to sell me a beautiful pair of nikes and it was all going good until another member of Rebel Jack B rudely interrupted Jarrad and was very rude very disappointing and disrespectful was a bit of a let down but I am giving Jarrad 5 stars
