Great experience again, I have come in and purchased 2 pairs of sketchers with my partner. Casey is fantastic to deal with and has a very helpful and professional approach towards customer needs when making recommendations. I have had one return for the wrong size from an online order and since then I have gone in store both times as the customer experience is just fantastic, Casey and her team are a real credit to the business. I had to get some more work shoe ASAP as the ones I was wearing were really hurting my feet and I couldn't work another day in them . My doctor had recommended Skechers .nI went to your store at the sunshine plaza . Casey was fantastic , I didn't feel rushed at all, as I had to try on so many shoes before I found the right ones for me .nYour sunshine coast store was so tidy with no clutter, like most shoe stores with a genuine friendly vibe.nI would highly recommend this shoe store the shoes I bought would be the most comfortable pair of work shoes I have ever had .nRelaxed Fit -Memory Foam Skechers work shoe - wide fit .nThank you Casey for your fantastic service. I will be a returning customer.nYour company would be proud to have such a great staff member .nThis sort of service is so lacking on the sunshine coast and when you get great service it makes you leave feeling positive . Which is what we need to have more of these days .

Felt like I was an inconvenience to both the staff ,most unhelpful visibly rolled her eyes, goodness no wonder the shop was empty and both shoes stores around the corner were buzzing and helpful

Not a good experience female shop assistant gave minimal assistance, customer service would go along way.
