Shade Matters

Edit: *** company has now sent a replacement.***nWe purchased a shade sail in Dec 2018. Installed it over Christmas 2018. In September 2019 (only 9 months later) we noticed it was falling apart at the seams. Contacted Shade Matters who originally said it was covered under warranty..We sent photos of the shade sail and asked for either a replacment or refund and then Shade Matters stopped replying to our emails. We have sent subsequent emails and photos and made phone calls, all of which have gone unanswered. You think you should trust and go with an 'Australian' company.. this has backfired on us. I would not recommend at all. Extemely disappointed with their lack of response and willingness to offer a refund or replacement.
