Extremely happy with our rental van that we used to move houses. Walking in we were greeted by a lovely young lady Natasha. She went beyond her duties to make sure we were comfortable with the processes of our rental. Would 100% recommended this place.
Very friendly and professional staff, and prices were reasonable.
I have never experienced such poor service. We simply wanted to hire a car and pay for it however we’re fobbed off by local staff and made to ring a 13 number. Local staff were unpleasant and unhelpful. The whole experience was less than mediocre.
I had a great experience at Hertz. The staff member there (I believe her name was Celeste) was absolutely lovely and helped me change to a smaller car when I was uncomfortable driving the larger vehicle I had rented. Would rent from again!
Rang to confirm after not hearing back for 3 days for booking. Found out they had missed the booking and had nothing available anyway. Why does there site even allow the booking if no stock. Very poor job. Avoid these guys.
