Dangerous, unroadworthy truck. Could have killed someone. Handbrake didn’t work and the truck rolled back, almost killing my friend. Tie-down points broken and hanging loose, engine oil light and “service required” light were on. Switches for hydraulic lift were stuffed. I never usually leave reviews, but this company could have killed someone. How are these guys in business?
Communication between call centre at the actual location is woeful. I was waiting on call for about half hour trying to get a confirmation while call centre tried to get in touch with Maroochydore office. Phones must have been offline! Then call centre sent an internal email that clearly specified that a Camry Hybrid is required or cancel booking! Guess what? Internal emails don't work either!
What happened to good customer service KATRINA?nShe never mentioned about how to return the car.nKiosk would be better than her.
