I have been buying clothes from YD for few years, because of quality and customer service. Stretch jeans, I bought from YD (Melbourne) in 2014, are still going strong, not even faded.nnSadly, that was in the past. Customer service at YD Rockhampton is hit and miss, either great or just depressing. And quality of clothes has slipped immensely. I bought 3 pairs jeans in nov 2019 and they are already tearing.
Marcus was very helpful, went above and beyond for me.
Recently my husband had to do a size exchange on a jacket and Rebecca and Layton were so helpful and friendly. Their customer service was exceptional.nWe will definitely be returning in the future.nSheree and Mark Smith
Not sure who those girls were who just served my wife and I ... but that was litterally the best experience I ever had getting clothes for a wedding.... I wasn’t going to spend money there but I ended up spending the money as they helped me with the best outfit I could have got
