Left my brand new work jacket in a rental car. I rang and was given advice on how to have the jacket sent back. After sending an empty parcel with my return address my jacket arrived safely back to me. Thank you Avis for the time you took. Great service.
Staff is certainly un-trained and needs some manners on how to deal with customers who are used to good customer servicenn1. Charges: I was charged AUD $120 a day for Standard carn2. Car Condition: Car was 36000 KMs old and dirty from outside. I complained about it and no action was takenn3. Staff: We do what computer tells us to do. I don't understand the point of staff then? Although, their computer tells me different story!nnOverall hated Avis Rockhampton Staff and Cars. I am not going to hire from them EVER again.
