Lanky young feller, Ben Stanley I think absolute ledge with my mountain bike, he fixed by brakes and frame in just unnder 30 minutes absolue weapon!!! Highly recommended going to Ben Stanley to fix any bike problems no matter the difficulty.
Went in chasing so new tyres after being disappointed at another bike shop with their poor service.nThese guys were excellent even to the point of letting me lend their floor pump after I changed the tyres.
I cannot praise Giant Rockhampton enough. The team there are just fantastic and they have excellent follow-up service even when your bike is out of warranty. They are also priced competitively so you know you are not being ripped off. Thanks Giant Team Rockhampton! My business will always come to you.
Top bunch of blokes! Joel and Stewart are extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They have gone above and beyond to take care of me on many occasions when I've needed help with my mountain bike.
