Popped in today, right on closing time. Was made feel welcomed and not rushed. Didn't come home with what I went in for, came out with the most comfortable softest leather shoes, slightly different from the run of the mill I had been expecting. Beautiful shop and fantastic service. Definitely worth the drive from Gladstone.
This is a great store. I have been popping in for years, and there is always something in my size, and not run-of-the-mill. They stock an excellent range. The staff, particularly the owner / manager, have always been friendly and helpful. Just right!

She knows what she is doing and will often suggest shoes to try on that I wouldn’t pick myself but end up loving and buy. The range of shoes are beautiful and I always love the myriad of colour that greets me when I walk in. Will continue to buy from Shoes on East because I always come away with a beautiful product that lasts. Thanks Shoes on East for providing a great shopping experience!
Unfortunately not a nice place to shop. The owner was quite rude made me feel like she didn’t have time for me as I didn’t look like I had a lot of money. She shouldn’t have judged the book buy it’s cover though as I was in there to buy 7 pairs of shoes and matching clutches for my daughters bridal party. It wasn’t a nice experience. Her loss though
Visiting from Perth and went into this shop and was disappointed with customer service. I wasn’t spoken to nicely and did not feel valued as a customer.
