WORST customer service ever. Blonde Scottish lady could not be more arrogant and rude. My entire transaction with her she spoke about 3 words and then just started serving someone else and left me there wondering what was going on and why I had even walked in that shop. I will never go back.nnHonestly go to Reece or anywhere else instead, where the staff are friendly and actually talk to you. Even if it’s more expensive, you get what you pay for, and that isn’t much at Tradelink Noosa.nnBasic customer service and people skills are seriously lacking.

Bought a Rifco vanity through Tradelink that had a warped top. It took 4 weeks of Tradelink team hounding Rifco but finally got a replacement top. Would not have got there without them! Still have3nt heard from Rifco.

Worst service and products range. The showroom is dated and even though it looks to be a new branch. The manager was rude to the staff and I couldn’t understand a word she said! Won’t be going back to finish my reno.
